A person died after a two-vehicle crash in far west Bexar County, according to the sheriff’s office.
The crash happened around 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday in the 11000 block of Alamo Ranch Parkway.
The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the victim Wednesday night as Patricia Browning, 71.
The sheriff’s office told KSAT that the crash shut down westbound traffic starting at Lone Star Parkway and Alamo Ranch Parkway.
According to BCSO, traffic was redirected to Lone Star Parkway.
First responders conducted CPR on a person involved in the crash, BCSO said.
The sheriff’s office later confirmed that the victim, who was later identified as Browning, died from her injuries.
